    Default need help with v2 not read pid list

    i am trying to get a new v2 to log the E38 pid list in a new E3 hsv maloo
    i have set up two others recently all with the same pid list with no trouble
    the v2 works in my E1 hsv maloo
    but not in the E3
    and my own v2 witch i have been using for over two years now WONT WORK in the new E3 hsv maloo
    both cars have E38 ECM

    one is a manuel one is auto but with the auto you choose E38-T43
    the manuel you choose just E38
    any advice would be great

    oztrack said it is a soft ware problem in the new bbx logging update ??

    the latest one
    i reloaded and updated it yesterday still wount work
    it will read the pids in pass through as i got steve to set it up
    but he couldent get it to bbx log eather if he couldent get it going i have no hope

    It may help. Build 155 contains updated firmware for FlashScan V2. That updated firmware (V2.07.11) contains changes to the way BBL starts up. On some E38/T43 combos the logging would not start - that is fixed in the new firmware.

    If, after you install the new firmware it still fails, then after it fails save a trace file on the V2 (using options F1->F3->F1), then using EFILive Explorer copy that saved trace file to your PC/laptop and email it to me at paul@efilive.com

    this is the answer from pauel

    It will be fixed in the next release of the V8 software. The PIDs for that
    OS 12639270 hadn’t been defined

    when is the next v8 up date ??
