vin license didnt work!! help

so I went to flash an lb7 today .
I saved the stock file .
then I activated my new vin license
next I tried to flash the new tune and it gave me an error message saying no licenses available !
I then clicked check license and it gave me the error message no licenses available
I tried to reflash the stock file and it said the same thing no licenses available!!!!
it wants me to purchase another license !!! this is stupid and a waste of $125!!!

anyone had this issue before????

Were you attempting to flash using V7.5 tunetool...? Which build version...?
