Also, I normally disable the chatter option in the def when I have the PCM on the bench (no BCM) or it wont connect.

I went for a test run and now I think that the ignition timing scale may be incorrect, as I am getting 30* at idle and when I go to WOT the ignition advance goes off the scale but the engine seems to be running fine.
I will try and check the timing against a timing light.
Does anyone know what the timing is on a VT V6 supercharged commodore.
