Ok, I deleted the old efi file folders before installing the new version and now I get this message. (See attachment)

why did you delete the old folders?
get your disc and reinstall and then do the update.

Anyway, it turned out to be a corrupted file. Downloads aren't always perfect Plus I learned how to CheckSum downloads
