2009 HHR Manual Trans E37 Tune Help

I would like to tune my 2009 HHR (2.2L, Manual Trans) to get a few extra mpg and generally run better. I do not have much experience tuning and would appreciate any help.

Originally I was thinking I could have a look at the stock tune from a Cobalt XFE but am not able to find a stock tune. Since the Cobalt and HHR are the same platform I am thinking this tune my be a good place to start.

I included my stock tune file.
