Default How does the PCM calculate throttle angle from B4307 ?

What factors are involved in this calculation besides the throttle area scalar?

Is there any calculation at all? Would VE be involved if there is?

Just trying to determine if and how this table and any logged trim values might be affected by scaling a tune?
