Default Help!!! With a e38 efan upgade

I have 2009 silverado 2500 6.0l 6l80e trans OS 12630501. It had mechanical fan on it and we installed a factory efan setup on it because of the body lift on it.
We have the pins in the correct location to ground the relays. I can turn them on and off with efi live scan tool. I cant find any where in efi live to turn the fans on with the program. I applied the patch. Any ideas . Thanks.

Thanks that worked great. Could you tell me what you had to do to correct the problem.

    Patched the fan ...

    PWM % breakpoints are:
    • Fan 1 OFF = 40%
    • Fan 1 ON = 44%
    • Fan 2 OFF = 85%
    • Fan 2 ON = 90%
