    Default datalogging problem

I have an autocal, uploaded e38 and t43 tunes using full flash on tuner's recommendation(2006 ls2 corvette A6). Car runs great with the new tunes post header install. Now when I try to datalog for finetuning, it's epic fail time. I chose record data, then selected the e38 &t43 option, the display then reads UNKNOWN PIDS and freezes. Must disconnect and reconnect for the autocal to operate normally again. I'm assuming it's something simple that I'm missing. My tuner isn't always easy to reach so I thought someone here would have a tip or two. A quick datalog how-to sticky in the forum would be a huge help to new users. Datalogging was ridiculously easy with my diablo on my srt8 300c. Thanks for any help!

Did you set up the correct pids in the pidlist...? Post pics.

FlashScan/AutoCal can do way more than the Diablo, it requires to be configured correctly.

    Hi Joecar,
I could not find any how-to on logging with the autocal on the web. Sorry for my ignorance, but do I have to use efi v7.5 scan program to choose the pids prior to connecting the autocal to car? If so, what pids should I choose for a NA ls2 with long tube headers, catted xpipe, cai and 160 tstat? Does autocal have to be tethered to a laptop computer in order to log data? The A6 trans has been modified with quicker shifts, reduced tm and higher line pressure. As it stands now, efi scan v7.5 is showing 10 total pids, selected pids 21. Thanks for the help!

You use V8 S&T software to configure AutoCal, see here (sorry, there is no user manual yet):
AutoCal is able to log standalone.
