    Default LS3 speed limiter issue

Anyone having trouble with the speed limiter on e38s? We've got a 2010 camaro ls3 pulling throttle and timing at 158mph consistantly on 4th gear pulls. Third gear pulls are fine and we're not hitting the rev limiter and cat protection is disabled. H0129 through H0161 are all maxed out and H0156 is set to ECM. H0132, H0133, and H0134 are all set to no and I'm using v7.5 build 170. Is there anything I'm missing?

    Thanks,
    Will

If this is the same problem I was having its the Accellerator threshold limiter. My car is at the dyno so I will have the exact parameter next week.

I looked through again and haven't found any additional throttle limiters yet but let me know when you can what you've found. We're still hitting a brick wall at 158mph.

    Try setting H0134 to YES

Have tried both yes and no and have tried h0156 as ECM and other module. Also tried pulling the tune with other software and disabling the speed limiter until 7100 RPMs with a parameter that EFILive didn't have. Nothing seems to have helped so far.

Here is a log and the tune for that run just trying to remove the speed limiter. It pulls timing and throttle as soon as it sees 158mph.

    ls3 shutdown at frame 1791.tun
    ls3 shutdown frame 1791.efi

It looks like you are hitting the rev limiter.
Set B5203 to 7200 from 76.9C onwards for all run time values
    Set B5210 to 7100
and see if it makes a difference.
Looking at the log/tun just after it hits the rev limiter, you are at 53.1sec and 98.1C in B5203, which has a value of 6,600

    Cool

    the key is

    {H0156} Speed Limiter Source ECM

you will find it is set to "other module" from the factory.

Had the same issue with a customer who is the only guy on the road who has ever come back to me with a speed limit issue. Had all the speeds at 300kp/h and was limiting. Set the speeds to 60km/h and went through and found it.

The issue reported had nothing to do with the speed limiter. It was caused by hitting the REV limiter.
    .
The only other speed limit issue was with 2011 cars, which was fixed in build 168/9
