Default Got a call - V2 user not able to log WBO2

Got a call today from someone who's having trouble with logging their LM1. They have the external voltage pids selected and have checked the analog wires with a volt meter (seeing 5v). But, somewhere between the connector and the laptop, it's not picking it up (reads 0v IIRC). Does this sound like it's a problem with the cable? The suggestion of using a serial cable came up. Not sure if he'll move to that in the mean time.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jeff,

I forwarded this and another case to Tech Support.

Do you know what V2 firmware version he has...?

No I don't. I'm hoping he sees this and posts up.
