    Default Runway lighting on E38 & E67 ECM's?

    Runway lighting works fine for me on 98-2006 PCM's but when try to use it on anything with an E38 or E67 ECm it doesn't. Example: On hi-octane spark table the RPM horizontal runway follows rpm's ok but the vertical air flow runway stays on the last coluum. Is there a trick to these that I'm unaware of?

    On the scantool PIDs tab make sure the pid has the same units as the tunetool table axis.

    Make sure you're logging the same pid as the tunetool table axis.

    You can edit the linking pids, look for a file named cal_link.txt.

    The link at the top of my map is E38.APCYL_DMA and this was listed in cal_link B5913.COL=GM.DYNCYLAIR_DMA,GM.CYLAIR_DMA,GM.DYNCYL AIR,CALC.CYLAIR
    Do I add a coma and add E38.APCYL_DMA?

    Yes, exactly as you said...

    like this:
    B5913.COL=GM.DYNCYLAIR_DMA,GM.CYLAIR_DMA,GM.DYNCYL AIR,CALC.CYLAIR,E38.APCYL_DMA

    or like this:
    B5913.COL=E38.APCYL_DMA,GM.DYNCYLAIR_DMA,GM.CYLAIR_DMA,GM.DYNCYL AIR,CALC.CYLAIR

    (did you notice when you hover the cursor over the axis label a yellow box pops up listing all the pids after the first one).

    Just when I thought I had this whipped! Found the file on my desk top PC using Windows 7 but can't find it on my laptop using Windows XP. Is it suppose to be in the configuration folder? Never noticed before the cursor highlighting the PID's. Learn something everyday!

    On WinXP, cal_link.txt should be located in this folder: C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7.5\Configuration
