I think I was in the "General LS1" section with 5913COL= and should have been in the "E38" section 5901COL= (same as my tune map) Does this sound right? Wow, the cal_link page is huge!

The table id in cal_link.txt has to be the same as the table id you see in the tunetool.

Still messing with this. Got a truck (2011) back in the shop today with the E38 ECM. Could not get it to validate E38.APCYL_DMA. Had the "dreaded X". Is it really not supported?

Post OS # and tune file, might not be mapped yet. All DMA PIDs have the be manually mapped by EFILive per OS.

Click the Go Advanced button, then below the first box there will be another button that says Manage Attachments. Click it, click Add Files, select your tune, click upload, then click done. Finally submit the reply.

Thanks guys, I feel so dumb at times. This tune is the last one I have tried it on but I have not got any E38 ECM's to validate it yet.

For the E38, you need to use the "E38" specific DMA PIDs. In this case, look for ...

    E38.APCYL_DMA

    This should work fine.
