    Default lost pids

    Hello everyone!

I have an issue after updating efi (version170).
In scantool where you choose pids , there is no longer pids for syl.balance rates, act. and des.rail press , inj. timing , dsp5 switch , nothing what you need to log LB7 or diesel
there is pids for fuel rail ,and difference between actual and desired fuel press but it´s not supported
I have been saved a pid list ,but when I open it nothing happened.
First I couldnt do anything before updating firmware which is now 2.07.14 and bootblock 2.07.02
now I´m totally lost , plesae help!!

    sorry for the bad language

Hi hecatti welcome to the forum...

you may need to reinstall V7 and V8 manually.

    hello again!
now I have problem with flashing, when I check status it says:
The Flashcan/Autocal firmware is not compatible with installed EfiLive software , please update the efilive software on your pc or laptop to the latest version and update the flashcan/autocal firmware that is
distributed with the efilive v8 software , the latest efilive v7.5 and v8 software may be downloaded from efilive.com

I tried several times but still no luck , is it possible continue and make the flash even if status is not ok?

    thank you already!!

What V7 and V8 build versions are you at (post screenshots)...?

What V2 bootblock and firmware versions are you at (use EFILive Explorer; post screenshots)...?

The software/firmware versions must be compatible otherwise flashing will fail and the PCM/ECM will be bricked.

Ok, use EFILive Exporer (goto Firmware tab) and do this (in this order):
    - update V2 bootblock to 2.07.03 (checkmark Bootblock checkbox),
    - update V2 firmware to 2.07.16 (un-checmark Bootblock checkbox).
