Maybe Im blind but there seems to be no info on the scale change needed on this to fit it.
Anyone????

Which sensor, exactly?? What is the GM part number of the sensor you are using?

There are a bunch of threads with this info for the 2 bar map sensor. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there are a few good links with the answer.
1997 S10, 06 trailblazer SS LS2 swap, 4L70E trans, 76mm turbo. Factory ZQ8 suspension. 3.08, G80 w/a zexel. With a 0411 swap.
If you want lazy numbers that will get the calibration running, set {C6301} to 190 and {C6302} to 10 and just drive it.
If you want more precision then calibrate the sensor (key-on engine-off) to the altitude where you live by looking up the actual present weather conditions at your location and determine the current barometric pressure in Kpa, then adjust the MAP scaler parameters up or down a couple percent at a time until the key-on MAP reading equals the outside barometric pressure; if you do this make sure the barometric pressure value you're using is the absolute atmospheric pressure and not a corrected value.

Surely then If i key on and look at what the existing 1 BAR is doing then match it with the 2BAR at least it will match what i have been already tuning to???
Thought that number looked familiar... Still haven't seen an answer to that question, and I am still on the complete opposite side of the planet from my truck for only 24 more days Whooo!

Right Clarification please.... I want the BARO_B PID? Baromectric Presure (KPA) Which is reading 96 at the moment. Seems low. the average on my weather searches is 99.6 is this due to the sensor being in the manifold???
As to the Scaler and Offset can someone explain the functions.... the scaler I get is the count based on voltage... whats the offset doing???
Thanks
Right stopped being a girls blouse!!! its fitted and i miss read my original sensor. it was 99.6 so spot on. the new sensor is fitted as I said and im struggling to get it to read anything other than 99.3 now. It was 98.9 at 194 and then over a bit at 195.82xx at 100.8 but at 195 and 195.3 it stays at 99.3 im starting to shout!!! is it possible the pressure has changed causing my reading issues.... or should i just live with 99.3
