    Personally, if your MAP sensor is off only 3-tenths of a Kpa then I would run it, that's pretty close. What you are trying to avoid is gross errors in your MAP sensor readings, since it is one of the prime components controlling the engine. Some real life experience, when my air filter gets dirty my WOT MAP reading would fall from 98Kpa to 95Kpa; changing from the factory CAI to an aftermarket one the WOT MAP went from 98Kpa to 100Kpa (less restriction). So 0.3-Kpa is not much of a difference from 'ideal'. You can also attempt to change the scaler value from 10 to 10.3 and that might bring the sensor into line (or maybe instead of 10 it needs to be 10 + 3 = 13?? I dunno which!).
