Default Turning off rear O2 Sensors?

Below are the codes I set to X Not Reported under DTC Type amd No MIL under DTC MIL.
Are there anymore that need to be turned off? I just installed headers without cats. I have a 2011 Camaro L99.

    P0137 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficiency Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0141 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0157 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0158 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0160 HO2S Circuit Insufficiency Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0161 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0420 Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 1
P0430 Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 2

What about PO13a to 13F? It looks like I should turn them to X.

    Thanks.

Thanks. I had a list for the LS1 but the E38 has a lot more and just wanted to make sure I did not miss any.

Everything is going great. So this is what I am changing for anyone else that see this thread.

To fully disable the rear O2 sensors, in the “DTC Type” folder set the following to “Not Reported”:

    P0036
    P0054
    P0056
    P0060
    P0137
    P0138
    P013A through P014B
    P0157
    P0158
    P0160
    P0161
    P2270 through P2273

Setting all of these to “Not Reported” should eliminate the MIL light coming on. If you want, you can also set the above parameters to “No Mil” in the “DTC MIL” folder.
