A little more information would be helpful ... "just tuned" may mean a lot of things. I'm learning that alternator control in Gen IV conversions if often problematic. In truck platforms "low speed" (idle) alternator function is controlled by the BCM not the ECM. Not certain of the control pathway of your application. You may want to try a BCM relink to see if this addresses the problem.
Changing the alternator control from BCM to ECM is not yet available with EFILive software (although I hope it is forthcoming) - HPTuners has this option.

Thanks guys, its the 3rd new alternator from gm. I took the car to the dealer and my tech explained that the alternator was not receiving the right PWM signal at idle. Once I start driving the car charges like a champ. My tune is nothing serious just intake, headers , exhaust. It's not a swap it's a stock 2007 corvette. Could running both fans at idle be too much load on the alt?
