Default LBZ Max Boost Issues, and severe low end bog

    Hey guys,
I'll explain a little bit about my issue in case anyone has any suggestions of the top of their head...

2006 LBZ, just installed a Fleece 64mm Cheetah, 150gph lift pump and about a 550rwhp tune and it ran great! Now we tried to make a little more power (he wants 600), now it bogs way down on the bottom end until you hit about 2800rpm and then it pulls hard.....no matter what I do with the fuel it seems. We did have some MAF codes to deal with but I think we got those right, fuel pressure holds good also.....Is it just too much fuel on the bottom end? Most of what I added was higher in the range so it shouldn't bog anymore than the other tunes....

Also, I feel like I found all the tables that limit boost but apparently not, it peaks at 35PSI everytime with this VVT turbo....will it just not push any more? We'd like to push more like 40psi peak

    Thanks guys!

    Did you rescale the MAF?

Yeah we rescaled it, although it may have not been an exact science, it was late last night. I'm gonna re map the values and plug them in tonight and see if that helps with the bogging down....

The boost hitting 35 psi seems like it's got to be a simple limiter somewhere that I'm missing because it's so consistent.

    Thanks for your help man!

Yep i would suggest log lbs/min and the voltages and see if where it is bogging down (i assume limiting fuel) is within that low voltage point and see if upping this value will allow you for what your asking...

let us know how it works out

Well, I think we found the problem...mostly. I think when it was cutting out it was a MAF limiting issue....

But our boost and low end lag in power I believe is the result of a leak between the EGR up-pipe and the EGR cooler, when he revved it up with the hood popped it's blowing black out of that region....
