Default new injectors cant get past 100mm3 now

So I recently upgraded my injectors from my old set, with my old tune I was able to achieve 160mm3 up to around 3500 or so befor eit would fall down to about 130 at 4000. I have since installed the new injectors took truck out logged it and now it max's out at 100mm3 at 3500 on every single log I do. no matter the tables I modify.. I did just swap a stick into the truck vs the auto.. one thing I noticed was with the other trucks Ive tuned I cannot get the load% on a log to go past 40% with a stick where the auto's I have seen 110% in some logs but mostly 99-100% they all carry 160mm3 through the run to about 3400. does load have a effect on the mm3? The truck actually runs better with new injectors at 100mm3 than old injectors at 160mm3. I understand that its just a quanity expression but the injectors I put in new are smaller.. so wouldnt I want more mm3?

What is the flow rate on old vs. new injectors? Did you have the return rate checked on the old injectors?

sorry kinda misread your post, I will get my charts out tonight from exergy on rates. Its just weird that it all of a sudden wont achieve more that 100mm3... It might be the fact that the trucks getting lost at 3500 with the auto map.. Im going to try a manual map tonight and Ill let you guys know.

Good to hear. Wonder what the culprit was. Defueling, waiting for a shift I suppose.

How much duration are you seeing at 4200?

Just checked it out my duration falls to about 1700 but that's what it commands when the mm3 starts to fall like that by 4300 I'm down to 86mm3. I'm going to try a new tune tom. It's got diff fp axis and max command on mpa I raised to 180.
