Autocal Not responding when plugged into PC

Having a major issue with my Autocal. When I plug it into either my PC or laptop I get the same error "connected device is not responding" from EFILIve Control Panel. Inside the control panel it has a green tick for USB but a gray cross for connection status. I have done a Format File system on the device itself but still cant get it to communicate with my computers. Please help as I need to update my tune before I drive 700km tomorrow

Hi Andrew,

What is the build version of your V8 software, and what is the firmware version of your AutoCal...?

[ i.e. those two must be compatible otherwise you'll see a no connect ]
