I don't think I fully understand your question...are you asking how the table determine a low pressure condition..or what causes the condition.. sorry for my lack of understanding your post!
I have the same question; can you quantify this? How much does the actual pressure have to be lower than commanded to be considered low? 0.1 psi, 10MPa? Also, is there a period of time involved? For example, 5MPa below for 5 seconds.
I dont know what that table does...but I have mine set at 145mm across the board.

From memory there is some PID's in the scantool that show the accumulated high (or low) error on fuel pressure.
I'm not sure of the exact value to trip it, but it works by counting up to an error threshold over time before the error is tripped. In other words, it's not an instant error, it has to happen over time.
