Default 0411 Swap, O2 sensor wiring is different

    When I swapped from my 1MB (1024K) 125815656 to 512K 12200411 I got the following DTCs
P0134 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

It turns out some of the o2 sensors were changed around between the 2 PCMs

    IIRC
The O2 sensor pins are the only thing different between the 2 PCMs.

HHMMMM, This intrigues me. Do all of your gauges still work with the 0411/512kb PCM in place of the 1mb PCM??????????

When adapting the Blue / Green harness to run a Blue / Red PCM, most guys just pull the heater return wires for the O2 sensors and ground them, then you just turn off the heater codes, that way you can switch between the PCM's at will, and not have to change any wiring

Which are the heater wires for the front O2s on the 2004 PCM? I could only get one to work from this post.

I believe I have the right side incorrect... but need both anyways.

    Thanks

Still tackling this.. For future reference

Pin 75 from green, needs to be moved to pin 52 on "red" for the 512kb on a corvette. Otherwise you get the Charging system fault.

Aside from that... I am still having issues getting the O2 sensors to work... only bank 1 works... bank 2 is "dead".

There are a bunch of other grounds that the 512kb pcm has that the 1mb doesn't use.. Don't know if those are needed... yet..

Yeah, I found out it is a little different than just switching a few pins around.
