i hope you guys dont give up with the allison tuning, us guys would really benefit from it. the ford guys are really benefitting from trans tuning from the sct programmers that are out.

The tranny tuning on the Duramax will not allow it to hold much if any more power. It will be used to improve shifts etc.

This will not replace tranny mods that we are doing now. Sorry.

I doubt tranny tuning alone will enable you to hold more power without going in and changing some hard parts. Get with ATS or Suncoast and get yourself some good stuff. Then the tuning will allow you to adjust TCC lockup and shift points.

Using EFILive to correct your speedo readings and a Tech 2 to correct the ABS readings should help get the shift points back to stock.

As for the limp.........................either Viagra or Suncoast.

Of course a performance built Allison trans and Triple converter has been known to induce the same result as Viagra.

We haven't given up, the Allison TCM just does things very different to any other Delco/Delphi supplied computer, it sure makes you say - more often than not.

Well we have signs of it being doable, but right now, getting DSPĀ² out of Beta is the main R&D priority.
