    Default Injector Flow Rate

    Hey guys,

    How do i change from 28 pounds to 32 pounds

    Its for an 6.0L engine

    you need to go by the actual injector size on the engine considering the actual pressure vs the test pressure at the factory.

    What is:
    - rail pressure (if manifold referenced, measure with reference hose disconnected, FPR open to baro).
    - injector measured/rated flowrate,
    - pressure at which injector flowrate was measured.

    You could simply scale the existing IFR by sqrt(32/28), but it would be better to calculate from the above parameters like odd boy said:

    the spreadsheet calculates: IFR (at manvac zero) = rated_flowrate * sqrt(rail_pressure / rated_pressure)

    You also need to copy the other injector tables (from where the new injectors cone from) to correctly model the flowrate during injector transition.
