    Default ETC issues

I'm having two separate issues here and would appreciate any ideas.

The vehicle is a 2001 GMC Sierra C3 which uses a electronic throttle very similar to the ones the C5 corvette used. However, the stock 78mm TB has been swapped out to a ported and polished 90mm LS2 TB on a TBSS intake.

Anyways, issue: on the 2-3 shift, the shift is being delayed because the throttle is closing to 40%. It will delay and then pop back up to around 100% and shift. This delayed shift always seems to occur after the first 2-3 WOT shift which occurs properly. I have all of the torque management out (trans is built) and all the abuse parameters are disabled, as far as I know. I bet I'm missing something somewhere, I just can't find it. Also want to add that the 1-2 shift @ 5900 rpm is always fine, it's just the 2-3 @ 5800.
