3500 rpm stall convertar truble plz help ?????????????????????????????????????????

Hi all,
I am new to EFI Live and tuning. I have fitted a 3500 stall converter to a 2002 VY Commodore, also with a head and cam package. My main problem I am having is with the sall converter and transmission, the transmission is flaring under power and very slow to select gears, it was fine before the stall converter was fitted. Can anyone help me? I have no idea on what i need to do to fix this.

Are you sure that there are no mechanical problems ? Fluid level good ?
What type of transmission are you working with ? 4L60E ?
