Old Bootblock and Firmware

I have a customer's V2 here that is severly out of date on the bootblock and firmware. The bootblock is version 2.04.10 from 10-Nov-2006, and the firmware is 2.04.72 from 26-Apr-2008 (because I updated it from something from 2007, I think it was version 2.04.70). I'm trying to get it updated, but I'm having trouble. It won't communicate with the V8 EFILive Explorer, and I can't load the newer bootblock and firmware with the old firmware update utility. Can anyone help me out here?

Nevermind. I figured it out. I forgot I had the same problem last year, and I saw the link to the thread at the bottom of this screen
