    Default E-38/T43 speed limiter problems

Have this issue on all the trucks. Speed limiter set to 102mph. No matter what you do to all the limiters it will not change. Even made sure throttle, spark, fuel is shut off for limiter method too.

ON E38 ECM's you have to change the speedo SOURCE to read "ECM" rather than "other module"---However the tire size and axle ratio is not correct and you'll need to input that actual data in----The other module setting only allows the stock limiting speed to be used---After correcting tire and axle ratio and setting to "ECM" you then have the ability to set the speed limiter to whatever you like--(up to the max )
