    Default EFILive Price Increase

WHat was the justification for the price increase? I was looking a t buying EFILive V2 when it was $750, but have had problems justifying the cost. With $900 its even more difficult! I now only have one GM vehicle. Do L31 black box PCM's require a license? I thought they could be flashed/edited with using a license. Please let me know as I am still a perspective buyer. Thanks.

The post Joe posted a link to contains all the answers to the question.

Also, the ONLY computer you can tune for free is the LS1A aka 97-98 LS1 PCM. All Vortec, LS1B, P10, Duramax, etc require a tuning license.

    Your first post is this.

Unfortunately tuning newer PCMs is not cheap but EFILive is the best.
