Issues with locking ECM then flashing again

Hey guys,
So I've attempted my first bench program in which I actually attempted to "lock" the ECM using my own key..... during the flash process it said "invalid key was entered ECM will remain unlocked"

So, when I went to try again it won't flash now, it keeps saying it can't unlock it I guess..... what do I do know?! At least the tunes made it in okay but am I dead in the water to make any changes to it?

I'm sending this one to a customer.

This is an LB7 ECM also in case it matters

I can change the vin, no problem there....

When I go to do a full flash it allows me to enter my custom lock key that I choose, which was 10 digits..... however, when you enter the key to unlock it then, for reading or flashing it only allows you to enter 5 digits/letters.... I believe this may be my issue.... this is very frustrating!

Try entering the first 5 digits only

Tried that also, caps, lower case, you name it!
