00 to 02 OS full flash issues
I swapped a 4l80e in my 2000 gmc 1500. I am trying to full flash in an 02 os that I choose because it has the same os as the 4l80 tune I segment swapped and want to eventually go custom os. Problem is the full flash is grayed out and not an option, only cal only tune and read pcm are lit in color and can be pressed. Any help???

All you have to do is just hook up the flash scan to the car, have everything plugged in, then open the tune tool last.It should no longer be grayed out.
1997 S10, 06 trailblazer SS LS2 swap, 4L70E trans, 76mm turbo. Factory ZQ8 suspension. 3.08, G80 w/a zexel. With a 0411 swap.
Updated to latest version and solved the issue. Now on to fix the battery light coming on with new operating system ...

1999 truck OS did not use the Generator (alternator) "F" terminal (field duty cycle) - 2002 truck OS did. You can either set DTC P1638 to "Not Reported", or run a wire from PCM connector C2 (Red) pin 52 to the alternator "F" terminal (some schematics may call this the "I" terminal).

Thanks Taz! It runs, but like BUTT!!! Air fuel is all over the place, shifts to hard at light throttle. No full thottle drives for obvious reasons. Good gracious at all the work I have. As per normal all good advice is appreciated! !!
