$0331 Error E38

Guys finally figured everything out thanks to Ira.

The tunes are on the AC but when I go to load into the car I get the $0331 error.

I did a search on here and found a few people with the issue but no real answer of how to fix it . I am running the lastest greatest software released and everything else is working fine but just can not load due to the $0331 error.

Any help would be great.

The help for this error is:


Request Out of Range ($31)
The vehicle does not support the requested OBD mode’s, sub-function’s parameter.
Contact EFILive if this error persists.

It would help us to answer the question if you posted all the possible information. Vehicle, OS, software and firmware versions.

Firmware on my V2 is 2.7.22

Any ideas???

Can you flash it with V8 in pass through mode?
Did you update the scripts on the Autocal?
