07.5 LMM won't take dsp5 tune

So I'm tuning this lmm and it will not change off of the base tune. I check my pids for the switch and it shows the voltages and tune numbers changing the way they should. Also adjusted my voltage settings in the tune accordingly. I can get it to work before I run a script on it but not after. The script is good because I've used it on another lmm with no problems. I even copy and pasted every cell and it would not work. Has anyone run into this before? Is it because the script is from an 09 lmm? I'm at a loss here

Is it sucessully completing the full flash into the truck? If so..check your tune.voltages via scan tool
