Had a truck come in that was tuned by another tuner that locked the ECM. Took truck to the dealer and they can't flash it cause it's locked. Any ideas other than having previous tuner unlock it? This is a 03 LB7.

Turns out aftermarket radio was messing up their communication with the ECM. Not sure why I had to figure it out for them, but lesson learned.
