Ok, seems to me the problem is that you need the old engine segment and the new trans segment...
but you can't copy a segment between files unless the 2 files have the same OS ids...

I tried OS 12212156 to day with no luck. The tune does not see the TPS at all. It sits at 0%. I can unplug the TPS and start the truck and it doesn't even know i did it. Yep. Found the same OS as mine with a 4L80E in the file. Did a segment copy and it worked great!

It was an 8.1L engine file so I just skipped on by it. I was looking for 6L engine with a 4L80E. I was kicking myself after Ross/Paul pointed it out to me.
