    Default Pcm not detected??

Working on a 2007 Saturn ION Redline. I read the stock tune, made my changes and locked the VIN to my V2. I went to flash the PCM and it is telling me NOT DETECTED and the vehicle will not start!

Hmmm, are you running the latest software and firmware on your V2?

Try the basics Paul, disconnect batt. for 15 minutes, disconnect PCM for 15 minutes, then try to start it. Try re-flashing it with a Tech2 if available, and try full-flashing it. It may be in a "half-flashed" unknown state? Hopefully you can recover it, if not there is nothing to lose by attempting to full flash it.

I agree with Erik also, not sure how sensitive that P12 is but lately I have been finding it VERY important to update ALL the software and drivers and firmware to avoid problems flashing. Good luck!

Huh, Im going to deal with an 06 P12 in a few weeks, but I wonder if its an issue with the 07s...I had an issue reading an 07 last year. Wonder if the difference in flash size does anything (04-06 1MB, 07 2MB)?

Nonetheless, glad you're up and running!
