    I set the shift times to .10 for the 1-2 shift and went for a ride... No change.

    It doesn't seem like the transmission is slipping, just slow shifting. When it does shift, it is firm.

    Could it be the shift solenoid? Any other ideas??

    Depending on the size of the holes you drilled in the trans plate the TransGo kit should give you hard fast shifts for sure .
    I did the middle sized holes and the trans shifted very hard and fast with stock trans parameters , there was no need to adjust from the stock settings .
    All three holes were enlarged as pointed out in the kit instructions .
    Let me put it this way , 1-2 shift would put down marks and felt like someone hit the rear bumper with a car .

    You can try several things:
    - set the Throttle Kickdown tables to all 100% in all cells (otherwise they can interefere with PT and WOT shifting);
    - swap the two shift solenoids with each other.

    +1 what Chevy366 said above.

    I will try both and report back... I am hope it is not the trans.

    If they are GM/Delco solenoids, you won't be able to switch them.

    I think they are the original ones that came with the trans, so I am assuming they are factory solenoids. I guess I should buy one and go from there.

    Yeah some aftermarket solenoids are interchangeable, others aren't.

    Im watching this thread because mine just recently started doing the exact same thing... shifting like mush. And you got the exact same setup I do.
