Default Are the 6.7 ECMs simpler than the 5.9s ? ECM swap ?

Comparing 6.7 tune files to 5.9 tune files, I see a lot more "stuff" in the 5.9 tunes. Stuff like PIDs, pilot shot timing, etc.

Is this stuff tunable in the 6.7 ECM or is the 6.7 ECM simpler than the 5.9 ECM ?

Any chance I should be bolting a 5.9 ECM onto my 6.7 and using something else to tune the VGT Turbo ?

The 5.9 is quite a few releases ahead of the 6.7. There will be much more added to the 6.7 section.

You'll see a alot more coming.

I want to say over the first 3 months with the 5.9 the tables more than doubled.

I'm glad to hear this. I'll wait patiently. Well, about as patient as I can.

I need to be able to disable the security on the engine, the dpf process and the EGR process to make my engine work in my truck. EFILive is worthless to me without this functionality.
