Default Tables with axis above 100%?

Why do some tables have values above 100%? For example there is a pedal position axis in some of the trans tables that goes up to around 150 to 170%. How can you apply more than 100% pedal? Thanks

Those are there to PREVENT a condition from being met.

If you don't want the TCC to lock-up, you simply set the value higher than 100%.
