    Default FCA and Wastegate

I am logging FCA% Commanded and actual. I am not understanding what the percentages mean and what causes the difference. Second I have been searching and still unclear what the Duty Cycle is in relation to the wastegate on the turbo. I dont understand when the minimum or Max Duty cycle would be used. I have read the definations in the tune tool. I am sure its simple....Im just not grasping it.

For the FCA the higher the Commanded % duty cycle the higher the pressure and flow. Same goes for the wastegate DC. Most set the max to 100% and raise the minimum up until they achieve the boost they desire.
