Receiving Forum Replies in my e mail

This week I started getting replies to foum postings in my e mail. I've never had this happen before and was wondering if there's a feature that's been turned on by accident. I'm in the forum usually once a day so I don't need to be advised by e mail of a response.

Can anyone help me with this?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode

User CP -> List Subscriptions
