Anyone have trouble with vats relearn on LMM

Hey guys,
Sent an ECM to a guy in new Mexico and he couldn't get it to relearn to his truck... He sent it back and I sent him another one.... He still can't get it to work.... I've never had an issue with any other ECM's I've sent. Is it common or is it likely something he's doing wrong? I emailed him detailed instructions

I'm starting to think it's the ol' programming injector flow data issue.....

I've got another ECM here that can be shipped out tomorrow if I can get this issue sorted out...

On my V2 when I try to "read GPM inject" it says "no data found" when I choose "read ECM inject" it seems to work..... which one should I be using in this instance? Seems like it used to be "read GPM inject" and then "Program ECM inject"

Any advice is still welcome, although after digging in a little deeper I've basically come to the conclusion that I need to:

1.) disable anti theft, set relearn to 1
2.) Program injector flow rate into ecm
3.) Program new vin into used ECM (already had done that)
