the rattle is what worries me. if the Baro is reading low it will run on the high altitude timing map which may rattle some at lower altitude. it could be fuel related too. try coping Timing map C to Map B and Map A and saving it to a new file. see if that take care of the rattle. right now the logs show the Baro & Boost having the same slope, boost and baro go up and down together. this will alter the timing. double check the baro sensor and also, as silly as it may sound, make sure the the harness connectors are not swapped with another or something like that

check out one of my logs. boost goes up to 34 lbs, baro stays at 14.6 lbs. something is not right with your baro sensor.

Ok, found the rattle culprit, I had a boost leak. Drivers side lower boot was leaking, bought a PPE boot and its 100% better, as I log it and watch mm3 it sometimes goes to 126.9 or higher but sometimes when you lean on it it shows only up to 98mm3 or so?

Any luck on figuring out the issue? I could look at the tune for you if you would like?

Seems better now, but I still notice the commanded mm3 will be say 120-124mm3 and it achieves 98.3mm3? is it just on its way up? I do see 126.9mm3 as my max now. Seems like it gets to 126.9 and then slowly falls off? Not sure if I'm ok now?? Anyone want to take a look at my logs for me?
