Default New guy here needs some help with EFI live and my LB7

Alrighty here we go guys ive got a LLY that i built using mostly PPE Components and i am very happy with the way the truck performs, however i just purchased another truck 03 LB7 dosent have alot dont to it i bought it because it was a clean truck, it does have a DSP 6 position switch the previous owner had 5 tunes on the switch tow stock mild lope and hot. Now i am totally new to EFI live and wanted to try it because ive heard many good things, how do i go about filling that blank position on the switch? and how do i find out that stats on the current tunes? do i have to spend $900 on the efi software and equipment so i can do this stuff my self? any info would be great thanks guys

Well it will be a DSP5 5 position if it is an EFILIVE tune as they only offer, 1, 2, and 5 position tuning with EFILIVE.
