How are you guys tuning? Official release?

Hello, I upgraded to the Cummins package on my blue V2 recently and read a 2008 6.7 truck afterward.
The problem I'm having is that I can't open the tune to change anything, I get a error message like it's incompatible with my system.....
I'm running the latest V7.5 and V8 releases, so I don't know what wrong..

The company you bought the upgrade from should be helping you, have you contacted them? RC10 and update your bootblock and firmware should do the trick.

Rob, I got it directly from EFIlive. Are there any drawbacks to using a RC instead of a official release product?
I'm not a computer wizzard if it screws up my truck from a software glitch.

I assumed when the upgrade for the V2 was advertised as "supported" for the 6.7 Cummins, that it would be an officially supported product and not a beta release with bugs.
