Default Need to mod fuel gauge calibration

Ok the fuel gauge moves but it is reporting about 20-25% higher then what it should be in efilive. The volts at full is 2.7 volts is there a conversion from volts to pwm so I can set this this gauge better?

    Hello Cool28,

What type of fuel sender (or vehicle) are you working with, and what PCM and calibration are you using ?

I believe GM has used at least 3 general types of fuel sending units over the years:
    • 0 to 30 Ohms (empty - full)
    • 0 to 90 Ohms (empty - full)
    • 240 to 33 Ohms (empty - full)

The above values may not be exact, but represent the general range.

This is a 98 transam with a 02 PCM. I been uploading numbers and it looks like 116 for 100% full on gauge is close to efi 100% but after that it doesn't add up. I had 4 gallons left in the tank and it showed half full yet lol

I'm not that familiar with 1998 LS1-A systems ... I recall a thread somewhere that discussed using an 2002 Express (I think) Fuel System segment when upgrading to a 2002 OS ... may have been a Corvette thread ... not sure if it is applicable to your Camaro.
