Default 08 Tahoe 2000-3000 rpm dead spot

Does anyone know how this gutless area can be adjusted with tuning.

It seems that in 3rd & 4th gear on my wife's tahoe the pick up in the 2000-3000 rpm range is gutless as hell and feels like the motor is just lugging.

Is there anything that can be done to adjust this and get this thing to wake up a bit in that area?

Have you logged it to see whats going on there? Is is tuned already? Post the tune and a log file, without both its hard to help you.

It's not tuned and when I get back home I will data log it and post a file. It is an all stock truck.

I know several people who complain about the same gutless dead area but did not know if it had been addressed.
