having problem flashing after update and bootlock and firmware code inside

that is the code i get,tried it on both my laptops,one is winxp one is win7 different codes but same story,i can pull tunes out just fine but cant load,it goes threw the motions but the green time task bar doesnt sweep across ,it says it loads and gives me the 15 sec coundown with key off but at the end pops that code up.Any help would be cool i got a truck i gotta finish tomorrow.

That means the Windows user you're logged in as does not have enough privilege to access/modify that file...
you have to be logged in as Administrator or otherwise have all privileges.
Do your laptops have multiple users that you can log in as...?
