    Hello Mike,

    Took a quick look at the log you posted - engine is running 30+ degrees of spark advance at idle - may be part of the problem. Give the attached revision of the tune you posted a try - may not be any better than before.

    Idle "hanging" is generally either a mechanical issue (TB not closing, etc.), too much airflow, or too much spark advance. At 1400 RPM 30 degrees could be commanded, but you are attempting to idle at 900 RPM - and hanging at 1400 RPM - less timing should reduce the idle speed.

    Like I stated, the revised tune I posted may be no better - I don't have access to the vehicle. I'm assuming you have already ruled out mechanical issues / vacuum leaks.
