Default E78 benchtop power and jtag pins?

I have a GM/Delphi E78 ecu that I want to modify. Can anyone tell me what pins I need to connect to get the thing to power up on the bench? I'm guessing J1-19 and J1-20 need +12v. Perhaps others too. Also, how about the jtag pin definitions on the nexus connector? Do these need pullup resistors? Thanks.

This isn't a DIY site Jon, don't expect to be told Nexus pinouts and how to flash them.
